As a strategist, consultant and implementer, this role will ensure streamlined activities within the organization in a consultative manner. The Chief of Staff will handle the day-to-day management of personnel to allow the CEO to focus on growing the business and will contribute to the long-term success of the company.
Key Responsibility :
- Ensure that the CEO office is prioritising the right things
- Help in effectively communicating the CEO's strategy & vision. Help amplify & improve communication through townhalls & leadership meetings
- Enable the CEO to make decisions, faster & better, and enhance the ability to drive high performance culture
- Bring together teams to accelerate cross-functional collaboration
- Manage projects at a central level to ensure that organization priorities are tracked and driven
- Help with the organization's growth in a predictable manner. This would mean that anideal CoS should be able to define the OKRs and key result metrics across functions and departments
- Prep CEO presentations for internal and external meetings. Assist the CEO with research and any communication tasks
Requirement :
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work effectively with senior leaders
- Strong strategic thinking to understand the different moving parts of the business and are able to prioritize
- Analytical and have a keen eye to observe and analyze multiple metrics
- Can navigate ambiguity and are ready to take up new assignments
- A flair for independent research and making good presentations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
