Job title: Chief of Staff - Reporting to - CEO

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel and support in driving business goals and objectives.

- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring that information flows effectively across departments.

- Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with ZestIOT's strategic vision.

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that company-wide projects and initiatives are completed on time and within budget.

- Develop and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) to track the company's performance, especially in areas like on-time performance (OTP), operational efficiency, and compliance.

- Support business growth and innovation strategies, working closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to advance ZestIOT's connected aviation platform.

- Lead high-level meetings and ensure that the agenda aligns with business priorities.

- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and communication briefs for internal and external stakeholders.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

- Manage and drive company-wide change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions for new initiatives.

- Work on special projects as directed by the CEO, including partnership development,new market opportunities, and more.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or operational role, ideally in aviation, IoT, or technology-driven industries.

- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- A passion for technology and innovation, particularly in IoT, big data, and cloud-based solutions.

- High emotional intelligence and a collaborative leadership style.

Minimum Experience : Experience of 3 to 5 years in a leadership or operational role, ideally in aviation, IoT, or technology-driven industries.

Location : Hyderabad
