Job Overview:
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with the Managing Director (MD) to ensure alignment on strategic goals and upcoming commitments.
- Manage and prioritize issues, including sensitive and confidential matters.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively research, prioritize, and address key issues directed to the MD.
- Determine the appropriate actions or referrals to streamline operations.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the MD and other senior team members.
- Ensure effective execution of company goals and maintain operational efficiency.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Uphold the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling all materials and communications.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Document Management: Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards, and other essential documents.
- Stay current with technological advancements.
- Marketing & Branding: Support marketing initiatives and social media content to enhance the company's brand presence and awareness.
- Representation: Act as a representative of the company and the MD, maintaining a positive image through diligent follow-through and sound judgment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in a senior management support role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel (approx. 2-3 times a year).
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate business needs.
