Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between the co-founders and the rest of the organization.
- Support the co-founders in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive the growth of the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with other members of the leadership team to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the co-founders.
- Participate in regular leadership meetings and provide insights and recommendations to drive the success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
