Chief of Staff

- Look at all the business metrics that is available with the CEO office, analyse them and start initiatives while working with the CEO and other leaders to improve it.

- Look at things horizontally that is - product, finance, business development, technology, operations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Participate in large and strategic RFP processes and business partnership across multiple geographies.

- Competitor analysis, planning and managing strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.

- Working with the top brass of the clients on strategic projects and new business initiatives.

- Collaborate with all the leaders reporting directly to the CEO on different organisational goals and it's execution.

- Hire and manage a small team to run the strategic projects end to end.

- Collaborate with partners (IT/Ops/Finance etc.) on different initiatives.

- Work with the CEO and the senior management to identify strategic areas for business growth.

- Create and present business plans, pitches to different stake holders.
