About the role
The Chief of Staff is a key role reporting into the Leadership team, India and will have responsibility for the overall planning, management, execution and reporting of strategic site-wide and cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure programmatic excellence and strong governance, and provide leadership to a diverse project teams.

Accountabilities
- Partner to develop and implement strategic program initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Provide direction and leadership for world-class delivery and implementation of multiple programmes, that align with the corporate strategic direction
- Oversee program lifecycles, from conception and planning through execution and evaluation.
- Key strategic initiatives and generating world class reports about the ongoing status of key projects.
- Consolidation of key metrics
- Collaborate with the core team, project managers, workstream leads and business analysts; to deliver outcomes on all programs.
- Strategically define and execute end-to-end integrated programme plans, including dependencies, risks and identifying a critical path
- Design, implement, and execute appropriate programme governance, including reporting, using appropriate programme management tools.
- Role model excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; across the business and externally (where needed).
- Continuously improve program management processes and methodologies, seeking out innovative solutions.
- Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and financial sustainability.
- Ensuring commitments to stakeholders are met and any alterations to expectations are fully documented, communicated and mitigated.
- Identify and solve issues, bringing the right people together to drive for a solution.,.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and KPIs/benefits, making data-driven recommendations to ensure they are achieved.
- Ensure strong change management principles are applied, created a great experience for those impacted by the programme.
Key Attributes:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a senior portfolio/programme role in a global matrix organization and business of significant scale. They will have the credibility needed to build relationships and should have worked and influences Senior Stakeholders across business units and functions.
- Strong track-record of owning and delivering complex program in an Agile environment
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and buy in across a wide audience at all levels of an organization. Must have the ability to craft presentations for Senior Executives across geographies
- Effective, adaptable, and versatile. Capable of reacting to unanticipated occurrences, while maintaining utmost professionalism.
- Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity with the ability to distil complex problems into simple solutions and elicit support and engagement to deliver.
Programs experience:
- 15+ years' experience in planning, managing, and delivering large, complex programs involving technology, people and process change
- Excellent collaborator, Flexible in handling multiple projects
- Proven experience in program management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and risk assessment.
- Experience in delivering Organisational and Operational Transformational change
- Delivery experience in setting up an operation of Global Capability Centers / Global shared services capabilities for global companies a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- A passion for building inclusive and equitable teams, fostering a diverse range of perspectives.
- Have knowledge in automation or AI for workplace
