Chief of Staff

Our client is a leading global provider in iGaming and Entertainment. As part of their GCC setup in India, they are actively seeking a Chief of Staff to the Managing Director & Country Head, India. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, managing cross-functional initiatives, and leading diverse project teams to drive programmatic excellence and ensure strong governance.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Partner with the Country Head, India to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

- Lead and oversee the delivery and implementation of multiple programs.

- Manage program lifecycles from conception through execution and evaluation.

- Define and execute integrated program plans, addressing dependencies, risks, and critical paths.

- Implement robust program governance using appropriate management tools.

- Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and financial sustainability.

- Ensure stakeholder commitments are met, documented, and communicated effectively.

- Build trust and buy-in across all organizational levels through excellent communication.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Experience in setting up Global Capability Centers or Global Shared Services for global companies is a plus.

- 15+ years of experience in planning, managing, and delivering large, complex programs involving technology, people, and process change.

- Proven track record in program management, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

- Strong understanding of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and risk assessment.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate outputs.
