Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement yearly, quarterly, and monthly business plans.

- Oversee profit and loss (P&L) management to ensure financial objectives are met.

- Assist the founder in identifying and prioritizing key business opportunities and strategizing their execution.

- Work closely with cross- functional teams to monitor and drive their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Support team members in overcoming challenges to achieve their goals.

- Manage relationships with investors and advisors, ensuring regular updates and engagement.

- Identify critical business challenges and develop actionable solutions to improve processes and efficiency.

- Conduct thorough research on market size, business opportunities, and industry trends to support informed decision making.

- Drive weekly and monthly update meetings with the founder and vertical leads to ensure alignment and progress tracking.
