Chief of Human Resource - FMCG/Manufacturing, Punjab Region
The client is a mid-sized FMCG company established for over three decades with a strength of over 2000 employees having manufacturing operations in Punjab region.
With the ongoing expansion and to further streamline the Organisational vision and objectives, we are hunting for a deserving Chief of HR to be based at our corporate office overseeing overall HR operations.
Title: Chief of Human Resource
HR is a critical partner to the Management and the Stakeholders in the growth journey. This is a leadership role. You will partner with Founders, Stakeholders and other Leaders to enable the company achieve its strategy, goals and vision. While embracing their mission, you will focus on building overall HR programs and processes in a fast-moving environment. This role offers the opportunity for tremendous impact and influence the growth and scale of the company.
Qualification and Experience:
- A regular MBA from any Institute of repute
- You should have 15-20 years of relevant experience in FMCG/Manufacturing setup
- Possess experience in interacting and influencing decisions of senior leadership based upon implications of human resources strategies and programs
- Ability to quickly build rapport with multiple internal teams
Role and Responsibilities:
You would own and drive HR Vision and strategy, performance management, Talent acquisition & development, Rewards and recognition, cultural initiatives, Employee engagement activities, retention, learning and career development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, HR policies, compliances and IR issues.
- HR Operations: Corporate and Plant operations, Develop and implement HR strategies, SOP's and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- PMS : Implement and manage a structured KRA / KPI based performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Employee Engagement: engagement & motivation and capability development.
- Organisational Development and Training and Development - Managing end to end learning life cycle i.e. Build and implement the L & D strategy, in the domains of people's Capability building, Skills mapping, L&D, Talent Management
- Talent Management, Development and Acquisition
- Factory Compliances/IR functions
Desired Profile:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources with 15+ yrs of experience in managing the entire gamut of HR
- Well-developed organizational and coaching skills. Strong management skills-principles and people. Experienced working with multiple stakeholder.
- Solid business instincts and business case skills; ability to think strategically in the HR function for the organization
- Strong and confident Leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to listen and observe
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Compensation: Attractive and decent emoluments very much open and negotiable as per market benchmark and relevant experience and skills.
Looking for candidates from North region/Punjab region who can relocate and early joiners. Preferably candidates from FMCG industry and working at a Corporate level, age below 50 should apply.
