Role : Chief of Growth ( e-Commerce / B2C Setup)
Location : Delhi / Mumbai
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join as the Chief of Growth. This individual will play a pivotal role in enabling and unlocking the next trajectory of growth for our organization.
As part of the core team, the Chief of Growth will have an in-depth understanding of Marketing, Product and Technology.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership:
a. Oversee all areas of the company contributing to growth, ensuring effective collaboration across departments.
b. Respond swiftly to changing customer needs and market trends.
2. Customer-Centric Focus:
a. Ensure the company consistently meets customer needs, delivering a superior experience.
b. Champion the cause of user experience, mapping customer journeys, and optimizing touchpoints for delight.
3. Product and Marketing Oversight:
a. Oversee Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Success to align and optimize all customer touchpoints for growth.
b. Design and execute overall Digital strategies for customer acquisition, awareness and brand visibility through platforms like Google, Meta, and Strategic Alliances.
4. Customer Acquisition and Value Management:
a. Manage customer value and lifetime value to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty, build referral and retention.
5. Technology Integration and Guidance:
a. Guide the technology team in designing and executing customer experience journeys and transaction flows.
b. Collaborate with the technology team to ensure seamless online and offline fitment processes.
6. E-commerce Ecosystem Understanding:
a. Possess a deep understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem and leverage this knowledge to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Educational Qualifications / Work Experience & Skills:
- MBA / PG with min 8-10 years experience Proven in a Growth Role within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce ecosystem and the Digital Marketing landscape ( SEO+ SEM+ Affiliates , Marketplaces etc)
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, UI, UX and must have the ability to guide the technology team on execution of the same
- Strong network of agency connections.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry in India is a plus.
