The Role would broadly be :

To provide expert statistical direction and leadership in a statistical methodology area

development of statistical methodologies, techniques and procedures

Provide specialist advice and analytical inputs

Explore and cultivate new methods and overseas practices

- To develop statistical knowledge:

Mentoring, training and development of Statistical Methods and Analytical Support staff

Maintaining networks and relationships with statistical experts

Undertaking statistical research

- Understand the client's work area and issues, and work through with them on their requirements and lay down solution architecture

- Structure business problems and develop analytical frameworks that add value to the client and meet business needs

- Be the thought leader in the focus area, go to person for internal teams

- To lead the team of methodologists
