- BI Executive Search is advising a NABH accredited multispecialty Hospital for a leadership position in Medical Administration.

- The role of The Head of Medical Services is to ensure development, implementation and evaluate the medical practice delivery model in accordance with the goals of hospital. Responsible to formulate plans & provide leadership to the Medical Department by ensuring that appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are developed.

- Responsible for implementation and adherence to SOPs in all Clinical Specialties, conducting regular Medical Audits on anongoing basis.

- This profile requires compulsory qualification of MD/MS/DNS + MHA or MBA with Min. 10 Yrs. of Medical administrative experience.

- Location is Gurgaon and maximum Age Limit is 45 Years.
