Chief Medical Officer - Healthcare/Manufacturing

Looking for a competent and effective Chief Medical Officer for the Health Centre linked with multinational Group located in Saurastra Region of Gujarat. The focus of the Company Health-Centre is preventive-counselling, hygienic-training and treatment to all the employees of the Company

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER

1) He will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of health care to the employees and their families of the Company.

2) He will also be responsible for counselling employees and their families for implementing training programs for health, hygiene and for taking preventive measures as per need and /or recommendations of the management.

3) He must be fully conversant with all the relevant acts, rules and regulations and government orders that may be in force from time to time and able to observe fully for effective functioning of the centre. .

4) His responsibility will include as in charge of the general administration and discipline in the Medical centre.

5) His responsibility will also include preparation of the Budget Estimate, revision if needed and ensuring availability of all the medical-essentialities including medicines in the centre.

6) He will also be needed to submit reports to company management as per given schedule and/or requirement of the Company-management.

Qualification and experience-

1) Qualification- Minimum MBBS with AFIH (Associate Fellow of Industrial Health) or, CIH (Certfied Industrial Hygienist)

2) Minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
