Chief Marketing Officer/Vice President - Marketing - FMCG/Retail

You will be a pivotal leader in driving the marketing strategy for our diverse portfolio of brands by leading the core areas of the marketing department, including digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing and direct marketing. You'll have the opportunity to shape consumer perceptions, drive growth, and inspire teams to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns. This role is perfect for a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for consumer engagement and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Develop and drive the marketing strategy for brand and all its brands, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.

Consumer Insights and Innovation:

- Leverage consumer insights to inform product development, branding, and marketing initiatives.

- Drive innovation in marketing strategies and campaigns to stay ahead of consumer preferences.

- Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including traditional advertising, digital, social media, experiential, and more.

- Manage and enhance the equity and positioning of brands, ensuring consistency and relevance in local and global markets.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, Product Development, and Supply Chain, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.

- Overseeing social media planning and execution.

- Ensuring that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation.

- Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies.

- Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.

- Reviewing and reporting on all areas of the marketing strategies and its implementation.

- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to drive maximum impact.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

- 8 years' experience in a management role

- Progressive experience in marketing , or related roles within the food industry, Retail, Hospitality, MNC with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

- Master's degree or MBA preferred.

- Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

- Flexible and adaptable.

- Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and consumer engagement.

- Deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to translate insights into effective marketing strategies.

- Experience in working in a global or multi-market context, with an understanding of diverse consumer preferences and market dynamics.

- Excellent command of written/spoken English. Knowledge of any other languages an advantage

- Strong, committed employee relations professional, capable of providing guidance, inspiration and influence.

- Proven history of integrating and working with multi-cultural teams from around the world.
