PURPOSE & IMPACT OF YOUR ROLE

- Oversee overall marketing strategy across various segments & products for domestic & Ecommerce brand

- Build a strong Brand Recall

- Coordinate marketing efforts with the company's financial and branding goals

- Lead and direct business's market vision, strategy and course; drive category and market leadership, go-to- market, campaigns and execution

- Create an overall brand and marketing strategy and roadmap for customers, partners, and corporate branding, working closely with the Leadership Team and key internal stakeholders

- Define, track, and regularly measure success metrics for the brand and marketing vertical by establishing ambitious Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team

- Develop the marketing strategy for our new/fastest-growing products with the goal of improving growth, efficiency, and profitability

- Lead innovation and advancement of company's digital, social, content and Web marketing strategies

- Create and propagate an enthusiastic brand message that will resonate with our target demographic

- Improve performance of our existing social media channels

- Activate new channels around like content marketing, paid marketing, and SEO

- Serve as the market intelligence center for Company, defining buyer personas, maintaining competitive intelligence, and developing playbooks to highlight our differentiation

- Ensure consistent strategic and tactical alignment throughout your team by establishing ambitious Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven understanding of data analysis tools

- Ability to lead in a constantly evolving environment

- Experience working with various marketing tools relating to market research, data analytics, website development, product branding, visual communication software, written communication, and public relations

- Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management

- Expert in digital and social media marketing
