Description
- Strategise and develop the brand positioning for the company
- Drive the team for performance marketing
- Identify new market opportunities and new channels for the CRM team
- Work with the product team. Lead insight projects, formulate product positioning and messaging for product marketing
- Lead the content and editorial team to develop the right content for the growth and the CRM teams
- Lead Marcom/ PR for the company
- Create marketing partnerships with other companies/players
Profile
- Ideal Candidates should come with MBA from a premium B-School with 12+ years or experience in creating and executing genius in Marketing - some campaigns, stints that showcase a superlative ability to stay ahead of the curve.
- Expertise in at least two sub domains and comfort with all other sub domains of marketing - Brand, creative &; content, digital &; performance marketing, insights and analytic, consumer journey/exp management, events &; activation, Lead gen/growth hacking and communication.
- Comfort with Startup operating model and consumer tech will be a def plus, though not critical
- Well networked in the Marketing &; Advertising ecosystem with the ability to get a disproportionate level of creativity for the company
