- As a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) you will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for the EdTech company to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall goals.
- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and consumer behavior sector
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Define brand positioning and messaging for the company's target audience (students, parents, educators, etc.).
- Lead and manage all digital and offline marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Develop and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns to increase user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Optimize marketing channels and partnerships to drive user growth at scale.
- Build and enhance brand awareness through strategic positioning, messaging, and creative initiatives.
- Oversee product marketing, including product launches, promotions, and feature updates in coordination with the product team.
- Drive a consistent and compelling brand narrative that resonates with the education market.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in consumer faced technology sector.
