We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the marketing strategy for our premium brand retail business. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that align with our brand's vision, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the retail industry, with a focus on premium brands and extensive experience in managing retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate the brand's presence in the market. Lead brand positioning, customer segmentation, and market expansion strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Brand Management:

- Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's premium positioning.

- Manage brand equity and ensure the brand message resonates across all customer touchpoints.

- Drive innovation in branding, storytelling, and customer experience.

Retail Marketing:

- Lead retail marketing efforts to increase foot traffic, conversion rates, and overall store performance.

- Develop in-store marketing strategies, including visual merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement activities.

- Collaborate with store managers to ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented at the store level.

Digital Marketing & E-commerce:

- Drive digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.

- Oversee the development of e-commerce marketing strategies to enhance online sales and customer retention.

- Utilize data analytics to track and optimize digital marketing performance.

Customer Insights & Experience:

- Lead market research initiatives to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.

- Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience across all channels.

- Implement loyalty programs and CRM strategies to increase customer retention.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on marketing performance and ROI.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.

- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend and optimize as necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- 16+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in the retail industry, particularly in premium or luxury brands.

- Proven experience in leading marketing strategies for retail stores, with a strong understanding of retail dynamics.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a marketing team.

- Exceptional communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience.

- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Knowledge of the latest trends in retail, consumer behavior, and digital marketing.

- Strong network within the retail industry, especially in premium brand sectors.
