Job Description:

Growth Stage Venture seeks a dynamic and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive strategic initiatives aligning with the company's growth objectives. As the CMO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand image, expanding market reach, and maximising the impact of our marketing campaigns. Should have 15-plus years of experience across geographies.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Collaborate with the executive team to drive overall company growth and market expansion.

Brand Development:

- Elevate and maintain the Growth Stage Venture brand by ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.

- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials.

Demand Generation:

- Drive demand generation programs through online and offline channels to increase lead acquisition.

- Implement effective lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers.

Digital Marketing:

- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Utilise data analytics to optimise digital marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

- Use market insights to identify opportunities and potential areas for growth.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role.

- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, demand generation, and brand development.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Demonstrated success in driving growth for technology or SaaS products.
