Chief Marketing Officer - Healthcare - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/Ivy League

- Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products

- Develop a new brand strategy

- Set and administer an annual marketing budget

- Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

- CRM Implementation

- Automation of Processes to create a unique and integrated customer experience

- Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively

- Manage and refine the organisation's social media and PR presence

- Define the Digital Marketing strategy

- Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

- Utilise data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organisation's databases and external data

- Identify new business opportunities

- Conduct market research studies

- Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials

Profile :

The successful candidate should have:

- 15 to 20 years of marketing experience in the FMCG/Consumer Durables/Banking/Retail/E-commerce/Internet space

- Full-Time MBA from a Tier 1 MBA Institute or IVY League College

- A demonstrated experience of leading teams, expanding business, and achieving ambitious results for pan India operations

- Interest in the Healthcare Space

- Strategic orientation coupled with the capabilities to cultivate current relationships for business

- Good know how of related market operations including competitive landscape, consumer behaviour, and potential 

clients

- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities along with multi-cultural leadership experience
