Chief Marketing Officer - General Insurance - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

- 14+ years of experience preferably in General Insurance industry is expected for this position. Of these, at least 4+ years should be in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing a large marketing team.

- B.Tech & MBA in Marketing from premiere institute only.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's overall objectives and drive business growth in the general insurance industry.

- Lead a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to ensure the team's effectiveness and achievement of marketing goals.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors' activities, translating insights into actionable strategies and tactics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and underwriting, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Manage and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and ROI on marketing investments.

- Oversee the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, advertising, events, and sponsorships.

- Drive brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, partners, vendors, and industry associations, to maximize marketing effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into the company's marketing strategies.

- Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Ensure effective manpower planning for the region and work with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels
