LOCATION : Multiple location.
Job Purpose : The position shall be responsible to strategically partner and enable the overall growth plans for the organisation by bolstering the current brand portfolio and driving the brand building agenda.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Oversee brand development and management, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive growth and revenue.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualification & Desired Skills : An ideal candidate would be with 18 -20 years of relevant experience (post MBA) within the food & beverages/ personal care /FMCG industry.
