Our client is an early-stage fintech startup.
Over the next 24 months, your leadership will be crucial in guiding the company through its initial stages of growth and scaling.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of branding and marketing.
- Achieving WTU (Weekly Transaction Users) and revenue targets.
- Developing and maintaining the company's market positioning.
- Building and leading a high-performing team.
Expected key results:
- Position the company as the preferred brand and product for our target consumer segment.
- Transform the company into a recognized, credible, and distinct brand.
- Create a robust organic growth cycle through effective brand and content strategies.
- Establish a high-performing marketing team and culture.
Requirements:
- Approximately 10 to 20 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Brand and Growth Marketing.
- MBA from a top-tier college.
- Experience in early-stage startups, specifically in building and scaling businesses from the ground up (0-1 Journey Experience).
- Proven track record of contributing to a brand's growth from its inception through significant scaling phases (0 to 1, 1 to 10...).
