Chief Marketing Officer - FinTech

About the Company :

Our client is a digital lending and borrowing marketplace. The company works in the space for lending for loans like personal loans, unsecured loans, installment loans and with the aim to connect borrowers and lenders to form a network of financial marketing.

Role :

The role reports to the founder and you would be responsible to:

- Work towards and build the offline and online marketing front for the organization

- Work towards the growth of customer base, new customer acquisition and retention of the current ones

- Build a brand recall for customers to understand the brand and build a consistent brand image for the organization

- Lead the overall marketing team both on the online and the offline side of the business

About the Candidate :

The candidate must have :

- 7-12 years of experience working with e-commerce companies in the marketing domain

- Led online and offline marketing with an E-commerce and Consumer set-up

- Managed and built a team

- Deep understanding on the online and offline marketing domains

- Led significant consumer acquisition and growth
