Job Description : The Chief Marketing Officer is a leadership position responsible to establish the brand, allocate resources to different projects and set short-term and long-term measurable goals from a marketing standpoint

Description :
- Lead, conceptualize & manage performance campaigns, branding initiatives, innovative content strategies across offline, BTL & digital media platforms
- Be in-charge of driving internal & external corporate communication for the firm
- Identify channels for brand reach and lead generation activities
- Identify & use new-age technologies as a backbone for building organization intelligence and information
- Measuring the impact of social media content on the website & manage external marketing partners and agencies
- Provide insightful recommendations and thought leadership initiatives based on prior experience, industry trends and analytics
- Defining change management for all domains, lead management & conversion process
- Must have displayed leadership skills, preferably should have worked as Head of Marketing / CMO in previous stints leading multiple branding / marketing campaigns
