About our Client - Our client is in a new player in the beverages sector which is taking on major established players in the market. It is a Narayan Moorthy funded & led by Ex-coca cola & IIM / Wharton graduates who have over 12 years of experience individually in beverages sector. The company has become a 40 crore company from scratch in just one year & would be over 120 crore by the end of 2012.
Job Description - You will be reporting into the CEO and will be responsible for Develop the strategic brand plans. Recommend and execute appropriate marketing mix aligned to the business objectives.
- Design and execute marketing programmes across ATL and BTL media to drive and deliver the business plans
- Initiate strategies and promotional programmes to stimulate the demand for the product portfolio and ensure success by supporting the sales promotion activities driven the sales team and other direct/indirect activities for winning with consumer/customers
- Develop and lead the marketing team
- Lead customer and consumer research to identify the trends and needs of the customer/consumer
The Successful Candidate - You should have over 8 years of experience in brand/category management with MBA in Marketing from a Tier-I Business School only. You should have strong experience in establishing, positioning and launching successful brands in FMCG. you must have strong understanding of brand management concepts and processes. Strong analytical abilities with excellent communication skills is a must. The above specifications are stringent and make sure you do meet the criteria before applying.
