We are executing a Chief Marketing Officer search with a eLearning company based in Bengaluru. Our client partners with universities to create and conduct UG and PG courses on their campuses powered by content that is industry endorsed using contemporary pedagogue, with trained faculty who are subject matter experts, usually with industry experience on the subjects that they are teaching.
Reporting to : Managing Director
KRA's :
- Own and Drive Student Acquisition Numbers across all Lines of Business i.e On Campus, On Campus Top ups, Retail and Corporate
- Own New Student Revenue targets across all the above Lines of Business
- Brand Management both B2B (partners) as well as B2C (students)
- Corporate PR
- Develop and Implement a Lead Nurturing Program across all channels i.e Sales and Digital Marketing to ensure a high rate of admission prediction capability basis pipeline development.
- Strategic preparation of total sales & marketing plan including campaign wise budgeting of cost, revenue and profitability
- Develop and Manage key affiliate relationships eg: media partnerships
- Inbound and outbound campaign development: Execute email campaigns (customer acquisition, drip and nurture), SEM/SEO/SMM, and content marketing
- Extensively involved in running and handling end to end Digital Marketing including Online, Mobile and Social Media Marketing.
Education-Post Graduation (Marketing Management)
Years of Experience : 18-25 years.
Industry : Education & Training (Preferable)/ Open for other sectors too.
Budget approx 40-45 lacs p.a
