As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for planning, developing implementing and monitoring the overall marketing strategy.
What you will do:
- Understanding ATL and BTL strategies, and building the right plans from concept to execution.
- Managing brand-building campaigns, influencers, and building from concept to execution with a key focus on measurements and outcomes.
- Analyzing the institute's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Defining KPIs for the marketing department
- Creating and presenting the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Deploying the Marketing departments budget efficiently with data-driven ROI calculations
- Monitoring all marketing campaigns and improving them when necessary
- Conducting market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- B2C marketing experience in ed-tech or education space
- Proven work experience in a senior marketing role
- Strong experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to make difficult decisions
- Excellent communications and leadership skills
Experience: 10 to 20 years
