STRATEGY & BRAND MANAGEMENT :

1. Design 360-degree Marketing Vertical & Organisational Hierarchy (Build Team)

2. Brand Creation (curation, understanding the market & psychology, consumer subconscious penetration, design go-to-market, foundation laying for future)

3. Positioning of Primary Brand Name & creation of Brand Extensions

4. PR & Communication channels (PR & Positioning) - clear understanding & identifying ways to reach our TG

5. Very very strong positioning to be able to stand tall against unicorns

Performance Marketing

1. Strategize & Plan to reach the Company Goals (SALE VOLUME, TOPLINE, etc)

2. Customer Acquisition & Community Building (focus on Life Time Value, reducing the CPA over the period)

3. Identifying or creating the right revenue streams/channels over the period and bring control (eg: when the Alliances team onboards a brand/partner/product to list on our platform, our marketing team should be ready to bombard all channels, identify and optimize the right channels for best performance and generate targeted revenue)

4. P&L management

5. Product Marketing

6. Control over each business vertical -> sub-verticals -> individual brands -> every product of each brand

7. Research & Analysis - continuous growth journey to use the best upcoming strategies to survive the future (always ahead of the competition with uniqueness)
