Founded in 2012, Our client is a personalized home design and decor marketplace for homeowners in India and South East Asia. The founders are from companies such as Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, SpaceMatrix. They have received funding of $ 12.6 mn from top venture firms like Helion, Bessemer, and Jungle.
Our Client is looking for a motivated visionary and great leader to lead the marketing and business development efforts.
As a Chief Marketing Officer, the following will be your job responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the brand marketing function
- Take full ownership of Marketing P & L and manage entire Marketing Budget
- Strategize, develop and execute multi-channel brand marketing and promotional programs that support brand ethos.
- Manage ATL, BTL, onsite creative and campaign management activities to drive business.
-Manage full life cycle of integrated marketing campaigns- from conceptualization to execution, and through successful analysis
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns and devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Regularly track and monitor customer perception and improve metrics
- Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal.
- Develop and execute a marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand.
- Develop and direct measurable multi-channel, cross-channel, channel-specific, product, promotional, and cause-related marketing programs that tie back to brand strategy and business goals.
- Facilitate integration of marketing, product development and other departments as appropriate, to fully develop Big Ideas.
- Employ a variety of communications tools: print advertising, public relations, visual merchandising, direct marketing, strategic partnerships, events marketing, on-line, viral marketing, cause-related, local/community initiatives.
- Develop, optimize and track annual brand marketing budget.
- Should be instrumental in shaping corporate brand strategy.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in Marketing, preferably from e-commerce background.
- Must possess a unique blend of brand vision, analytical expertise, excellence with the written word, and the confidence to lead a highly talented, collaborative team.
- Top-Tier MBA or work equivalence preferred
- Experience working cross functionally with Strategy, Reporting & Analytics, Product Development and Product Management to turn data collected during market research into tangible product improvements
- Must have experience leading multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns including online and traditional campaigns, Public Relations, and Business Development
- Must possess strong and persuasive oral communications skills and be a great presenter
