- Experience in marketing leadership roles, including experience scaling a growing team, supporting Senior level executives, and driving company wide marketing strategies in partnership with cross functional teams

- Track record of being responsible for an annual budget with excellent performance metrics, driving compelling creative campaigns across digital channels

- Team player and builder who can execute and thrive in a fast-paced environment and startup culture; strong decision maker with the ability to reorient teams and drive execution cross-functionally when priories change or are ambiguous

- A passion for radical innovation and a deep understanding of tomorrow's ground-breaking technologies, innovation trends, and consumer needs Intrinsic drive to roll up your sleeves and get things done; a self starter, productive working Independently or collaboratively

- Experience with mergers and acquisitions a plus

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

- Develop compelling value propositions that drive distinct competitive advantages for selling new and existing products as well as expanding utilization within the existing client base

- Develop and execute marketing plans, defining what support is needed to hit objectives

- Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with product, sales, and technical teams

- Provide input to the product team regarding initiatives that can support key marketing objectives

- Establish a powerful marketing funnel and ensure leads are qualified when entering the sales pipeline

- Develop our sales/marketing roadmap (in collaboration with the head of sales) to align marketing and sales and to generate the best leads, keep them engaged, and connect with them at the right time to close more deals

- Analyze and interpret internal sales data to inform business decisions and make recommendations to executive leadership and partners

- Provide ongoing tracking, measurement, KPI, and ROl analysis for the team's marketing initiatives and campaigns to provide clear, actionable insights that inform and inspire communication for strategic calendar and brand initiatives

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SE/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns

- Designing; building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and affiliate channels as per plan

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROl and KPIs)

- Measure App engagement metrics like MAU, DAU, and Converting users regularly.

- Drive app acquisition and engagement efficiencies through campaigns using targeting techniques, innovation, and creative excellence.
