Job Description - Working with the client to hire a marketing leader for the organisation.

Client Details: Our client is one of the largest EAP companies in the country. Their products help organisations & their employees with health & wellness programs to live an effective life.

Description:

- Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy

- Manage the company's brand and reputation

- Create and execute marketing campaigns across all channels

- Generate leads and sales through marketing initiatives

- Build and manage the company's marketing team

- Analyse marketing data and track results

- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

Profile:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in marketing or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for B2B and B2C companies

- Strong understanding of marketing channels and technologies

- Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales

- Excellent leadership and communication skills
