Description :
- Responsible for conceptualising and strategizing to improving the customer experience and brand credibility by working on promotions, campaign marketing, social media, Brand Positioning, PR, Innovations, Channel Strategy, Digital Marketing & Market Research to establish our brand in the market.
- Create a brand manifesto, work out the sharp differentiators and value proposition
- Define and align brand portfolio with growth strategy
- Creating go-to marketing strategies for brand building and its value proposition.
- Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that our products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the brand credibility.
- Reviewing success of marketing campaign and developing ways to improve on brand recognition and brand's reach to customers.
- Measure the impact of customer marketing activities on customer growth, retention and financial outcomes, and communicate these impacts within the organization.
- Manage customer interaction, including online/offline communities, events, customer advisory boards, user groups and executive roundtables.
- Carrying industry focussed market research and data analytics in order to keep up to date with current market trends, as well as predict future trends.
- Meeting with clients and closely working with internal teams (Design coordination, Leasing, Technical Services & Operations etc.) to
understand our product portfolios/ features, customer needs, and enhance leasing effectiveness.
- Direct the collection and communication of customer feedback throughout the organization
- Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with teams for new ideas and strategies.
- Event marketing: Organising events such as product launches, IPC Meets, CEO meets Safety Conferences etc.
- Participate in external events/ industry forums & maintain healthy relationship with various stakeholders.
- Channel marketing: Work on an action plan to increase engagement with channel partners
- Work on Technologies Supporting the growth and efficiency objectives of the organisation: Like Sales force automation, Marketing
automation platform, Corporate intranet/sales portal, Social media platforms, monitoring tools, Sales tools (e.g. playbooks, ROI/TCO tools),
Customer insight management tools, Customer reference platforms
- Building a Team that is diverse and has domain expertise to build a marketing engine for the offices business
- Create and monitor personal performance plans for domain or customer type-based marketing specialists on the team
- 3 Years Continuity
- Must have 15 years relevant industry experience with B2B, Hospitality, Aviation, Automobile, Telecom etc.
- Ability to build a brand from zero; The promise, USP, pricing, customer segmentation etc.
- Expertise in customer insights and market research-based analysis
- Ability to convert research data / inputs into product ideas and concepts
- Brand management: Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
- Goal/ task prioritization: Able to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Able to think strategically and come up with campaigns
- Able to manage and allocate budgets
- Analytical skills and ability to leverage data and insights in the development of marketing plans
- Social execution (appropriate, effective use of common technologies)
