Job Details
- Recruit, manage and motivate a new outsourced marketing team in the first year of up to 7 professionals for a US based parent company targeting domestic business owners.
- Report directly to management team leader in USA
- Formulate a Marketing Process Outsourcing (MPO) business unit in the second year as a new profit center directed towards small to medium size businesses in the USA
- Develop company wide strategies across all mediums, including public relations efforts (US media contacts helpful)
- Experience in viral marketing management and related tools such as blogging, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other B2B social media
- Website development, content management, customer newsletters and cross sell strategies
- Strong database management, report writing and marketing analytics/business intelligence
- Experience in webinar development and solicitation of webinar participants
- Portfolio exhibiting branding and marketing achievements (preferably in the financial/outsourcing sector)
- Demonstrated experience in consistent brand management and marketing communications and messaging throughout an enterprise
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project Management applications (i.e. PODIO)
Desired Profile:
1. MINIMUM of 8 to 10 years demonstrated B2B professional experience in the promotion of intangible value added services.
2. More focus will be on branding, messaging and marketing communications in the financial services
