Job Description
- Conceptualize, plan, execute and review the marketing strategy for the organization
- Strategize and implement Brand Communications and PR communications on offline and online platforms.
- Accountable for conceptualization, design, development and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives for brand positioning, awareness and recall
- Collaborate with Sales and Product development teams to drive innovative customer acquisition
- Review and manage digital content marketing strategy and ensure effective execution and review
- An in-depth understanding of user acquisition techniques across multiple channels like SEM, SEO
- Responsible for leveraging content to generate leads for the business
- Driving customer engagement initiatives on multiple digital platforms
- Build, manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and generating maximum ROIs
Job Requirements
- Graduate/PostGraduate with at least 10+ years of post qualification experience with a very high understanding and awareness of business
- Good written, oral communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Well versed with latest trends, methodologies and marketing tools
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- A self-starter, who is flexible and adaptable to constant change and can work in a fast paced, high growth and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to track all relevant data points on marketing execution and prepare management reports for the Marketing function
