JOB DESCRIPTION :
Report to : MD
- To work with the senior team dependent on goals and aligned objectives.
- To 'manage the existing' and 'build new' processes, teams, strategies for the following areas so as to enable the organization to grow and scale exponentially in the next stage of its journey
- Responsible for proper functioning of all team mainly content, design and product marketing.
1. Branding : Build blockbuster global visibility & presence across the service categories &product space
2. Demand & Lead Generation
3. New Product/Market Strategies : Create GTM strategies for new products and markets across the world
As part of the above, you will need to quickly absorb and get familiar with the existing structure and capabilities, and accordingly :
- Drive the above with a hands-on, startup-like approach with personal involvement at all levels and tasks
- Personally set up the marketing stack for all goals
- Understand and design goal specific ATL & BTL campaigns
- Set up, measure and continuously optimize the designed campaigns for different products/geographies
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department
- Set, monitor and report on team goals
Required candidates Profile :
- Our ideal candidate is someone who has scaled the marketing function through the growth stage of any B2B SaaS or software solutions company,
- Tier 1 MBA college and rich experience in B2B marketing
- Over all 8 plus years experience and at least 5 yrs as Individual contributor and 3 plus as leader
- Wide breadth and depth of experience in organic, performance and product marketing
- Expert level knowledge & hands-on experience in use of marketing automation & data systems
- An analytical approach to solve complex problems with a sharp eye on ROI and creative flair
- Willing and eager to roll up your sleeves to step in for your team, if needed
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with working in cross-functional environment and distributed team set candidate must be open to work alternate Saturdays
