Specific Responsibilities :
- Understand the group branding and marketing philosophies and business strategy for creating its marketing strategy
- Garnering insights and understanding of the Asset Management business, steeped in the context of Indian consumer and the competitive environment
- Developing & getting consensus and sign-off on the marketing & communication annual operating plans, budgets, strategy and initiatives.
- Being a brand custodian, in the context of brand architecture.
To create winning Marketing strategies. This will include:
- Brand strategy and Positioning
- Partnering product ideas and research strategy
- Internal and external Communications
- Consumer, Brand and product Research
- Strategies to attract, retain and grow customers (CRM, up sell...)
- Driving channel support through BTL activities
- Drive the digital marketing strategy
- Timely drive implementation of the initiatives and strategy through the team supporting business achievement
- Relationship building with Media, Advertising, Branding, Research & PR agencies for driving maximum mileage for the business
- Signing up contracts and monitoring performance of Advertising, PR and research agencies and help creating best visibility and reach
- Interacting with the product head & CEO for new product launches strategy
- Interacting with the CEO & Channels Heads for understanding channels needs and designing penetration and visibility needs to implement the same and support in achieving business results
- Take feedback from the business heads & customer teams to improve fund presence
- Motivate, coach the team for preparing second line and retain them

- Product launches
We are looking for candidates who have strength in retail marketing with a view to enhancing the reach to customers. Candidates should have worked in enhancing the penetration of product in multiple geographies within India with a focus on creativity and customer insights. Preference to candidates from FMCG, telecom, retail and retail financial services.
Qualification : MBA or equivalent degree
Years of Experience : 15-20 years
