Job role:
- The Chief Marketing & Digital Officer is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives.
- He plays a vital role in a company's growth and have important responsibilities that range from creative influence on business strategy.
- He is responsible to generate revenue through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.
Key responsibilities & Accountabilities:
"Listen" to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company.
- Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution etc. that meets market
demands.
- Lead company's digital transformation and challenge/optimize existing go-to-market strategies and internal processes.
- Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives.
- Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
- Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals.
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure
they project the company's unique "voice".
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.).
- Undertake market research studies and analyze the results in order to better understand the market and customer tastes
- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
- Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.
- Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Monitoring the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users.
- Reviewing methods for finding and saving online customer reviews.
- Developing and establishing a comprehensive marketing Automation, SEO and Content Strategy.
Measure ROI and KPIs to finalize budget.
- Automate new processes, make changes easily, and integrate seamlessly with industry-leading business intelligence tools to help drive continual improvement and compliance.
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals and direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Please note:- Candidate should have 10 yrs of experience with 3 to 5 yrs experience in a leadership role. An advanced degree in marketing or MBA(Marketing) is preferred.
