Must Criteria:

- Candidate from Telecom Industry background will be processed.

- Candidate who is currently working in India or not more than two years in international location.

- Candidate with CTC more than 1 Crore will be processed

Job Description:

S/he will be responsible for the launch and ongoing management of the sales team and sales distribution channel for the project to achieve its target number of subscriber and revenue.

More specifically :

- To achieve target number of subscribers and revenue, the CMCO is responsible to develop the B2B/B2C sales strategy, branding & marketing strategy, channel management and roadmap for the Project.

- With an expected launch date in 2016, the CMCO will oversee the details needed to ensure that sales outlets and sales staff are ready to meet the sales target. This would include overall project management and working with the local partner(s), distributors and other departments within the company.

- The CMCO will be also in charge for CRM which includes customer retention and customer care to maintain our customer satisfaction level high. (i.e. maintain low churn rate)

The CMCO reports to the CEO of the company and is expected to have recruited a team of 100 by the time of the service launch.

Collaboration and Influencing :

- This individual will need to be able to influence his/her peers and will have shown an ability to build relationships across the organization to mobilize resources as needed to achieve objectives.

- This person will have shown they know how to build and sustain internal and external relationships, particularly with sales agencies and distributors who sale our services.

- They must have the stature to credibly interact at senior levels in customer, partner and regulator organizations. This individual will be culturally sensitive, with previous exposure in an emerging market, preferably in Asian countries.

Experience :

- In terms of required experience, the ideal CMCO should have an understanding of sales strategy, planning, development, delivery and operations.

- In addition, this person should have skills in the project management for a new sales system launch in an emerging market (ideally, experience of 4G LTE service roll-out); this would illustrate the person's ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment.

- It is also critical that the candidate should have certain evidence for the highest standards of personal and professional integrity.
