POSITION TITLE : Chief Manufacturing Officer

FUNCTION : Operations Paper

REPORTING : Vice President or CEO Manufacturing

SPAN OF CONTROL : 4 - 6

EXPERIENCE : 20 - 25 (Minimum 5 yrs of experience as Vice President for overall paper and pulp industry)

QUALIFICATIONS : M.Tech\B.tech Pulp & Paper

AGE (RANGE) : 30 - 45 yrs

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :

- Ensure targeted Production of Pulp & Paper

- % of revenue from new product and copier

- Environment compliance and Energy Conservation to Protect environment

- Daily Monitoring of Operational parameters of Entire PPRU

- Identify areas of potential automation and carry out automation

- Competency enhancement of team through identifying and implementing Training & Development initiative

- New product development with respect to customer expectations

- Identification of new projects to improve plant efficiency and add value financially

- Manpower and capital resource planning

- Achievement of business EBIDTA

KEY DELIVERABLES :

- Steam reduction by 0.1T/MT of Paper

- Zero Accidents

- Number of Quality complaints

- Achievement of Paper EBITDA

- Conversion cost per unit or MT
