Chief Manager - Technology - Bank

We have openings in the Technology Team of a leading Bank. These roles are in the Wholesale Banking Technology team & Retail Assets Technology team.

Location: Mumbai

Exp Required: 7-15 years

Role: Retail Assets - Technology (Chief Manager)

- Project Management skills; ability to manage large & multiple projects

- Skills to understand and prepare Business Requirement Document

- Test case preparation based on functional specifications

- Co-ordination with vendors and users

- Query writing skills to seek information from Oracle and/or SQL databases

Requirements:

- BE / MBA with 7 - 10 years of experience in Loans (Retail Loans like HL, Auto, PL and Corporate Loans like Term Loans, Working Capital Finance etc.)

- Good Documentation skills

- Ability to manage & lead a team

- Previous experience in Loans or Credit Processing

- Knowledge of Operating Systems, Application Servers, Databases and Programming

Role: Wholesale Banking - Technology (Chief Manager)

Facilitate replacing the old technologies with the newer technology stacks, which will help build new products and scale transaction processing capabilities for the next 3 - 5 years. Some of the key initiatives are:

- Implementation of SWIFT Alliance Messaging Hub

- Setting up of enterprise wide PKI/Security infrastructure for the Bank

- Enterprise wide Single Sign-on portal to provide seamless traversing between applications hosted on CIB

- CRMNext for Corporate clients
