Role & Responsibilities - 

- The role incumbent is responsible for effective execution of strategy for new business development & retention of the existing business by way of profit centre management.

- Responsible for achieving annual budgets from assigned locations.

- The incumbent is responsible for ensuring profitability of the LOB through portfolio analysis & course corrections as required.

- The role incumbent is also responsible for managing service levels & quality thus ensuring customer satisfaction through liasoning with internal stakeholders like operations & claims.

- Incumbent is accountable for underwriting audit to ensure appropriate delegation & usage of the underwriting authority.

- Incumbent is also responsible for carrying out trainings for internal and external customers to ensure enhanced awareness about business offerings & underwriting guidelines.
