Chief Manager/Team Member - SESO (Audit & Control) - Wholesale Banking

Job Role :

- Identifying process gaps and incorporating the same in the CIIB RCSA checklist

- Conducting Risk Control & Self-Assessment (RCSA) audits basis the above-defined checklist - on a quarterly basis for wholesale bank (SIGMA & Relationship)

- Presenting findings/ Observations from internal / external audits and RCSA to senior mgmt.

- Identifying key risk areas and propose process / controls for mitigating risk

- Assist in conduct of periodic external and internal audits

- Interface with the Auditors on behalf of CIIB; Represent CIIB at FTAC and ACB

Job Requirement :

- CA/MBA with 3-5 years of experience

- Ability to Influence/Relationship Management Skills.

- Attention to detail - for identifying operational misses and process gaps

- Inquisitive about existing processes - can find his / her way through the organization

- Good communication skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT) is a must
