Chief Manager/Team Manager - Group CSR & Sustainability - NBFC

Job Title : Chief Manager/ Team Manager - Group CSR and Sustainability

Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose : We are looking for a senior team member with experience in Sustainability to join 'Group CSR and Sustainability' team.

Role :

- Lead company-wide ESG data management and analysis

- Drive Sustainability/ESG initiatives along with leadership as cross functional team (CFT) projects

- Develop Sustainability Disclosures in accordance with GRI standards, IR Framework, TCFD recommendations, SDGs, BRSR requirements - Identify and work on global indices on ESG/ Sustainability applications

- Work along with business teams on ESG requirements - Support the development of ESG and Sustainability strategy of the Company Essential

- Well versed with Sustainability Reporting standards such as GRI, IIRC, TCFD etc.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Candidates from financial services and consulting backgrounds will be given preference

Qualification & Experience : Graduate/ Post Graduate preferably in Environment, Sustainability, Management etc.

Experience: About 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
