- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Build a deep understanding of the business and relevant markets to help shape the talent acquisition strategy
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and culture to prospective candidates.
- Establishing relationships with universities and colleges to recruit potential employees through campus hiring programs, job fairs or other events.
- Design and drive Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) to map the people strategy of the business units with the business strategy.
- Develop and implement an effective talent acquisition strategy to ensure on-time availability of manpower in accordance with business / function requirements.
- Review key business performance targets and their related talent implications with the business leaders.
- Utilize recruitment analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on key recruitment metrics.
- Define, design, and implement talent acquisition programs including employer branding, talent mapping and pipelining, and events among other initiatives
