About our Client: Our client is a diversified conglomerate with operations in over 30 countries and brand-presence across 100 markets around the world. The Group has business across industries including but limited to life sciences, information management, financial services and real estate sectors. They are setting up a Shared Service centre in Mumbai and looking for Senior Supply Chain Operations & Control professionals.

Job Description: As the Chief Manager, you will be reporting to a Vice President and Head of the Shared Service and will be responsible to:

- Implement and monitor effective deployment of the target shared service model as it relates to Supply Chain services

- Maintain accountability for Service Delivery of the Supply Chain Services

- Continuously drive improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, compliance and customer service across the Supply Chain Services

- Manage Customer Service, Vendor related services, Exports related compliances and Supply Chain reporting functions

- Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures and processes to ensure consistent and accurate Transactions processing

- Work with other functions as necessary to resolve outstanding issues/discrepancies

- Responsible to maintain department's spending and budgets

The Successful Candidate:

- You will have a finance graduate preferably a CA with a minimum of 10 years of post qualification experience in Supply Chain Operations across various roles in a Shared Services or Global Business Services centre or in Supply Chain consulting.

- You will have extensive process knowledge across all aspects of Supply Chain Management and In-depth understanding of the Procure to pay' and Order to Cash' value streams with relevant experience in management of Procurement and Customer Service.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills is a must.
