Role : - Chief Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy & Planning
Key Responsibilities :
- Meaningfully contribute to the development of long term Strategy of the company, based on analysis of key markets, competitor developments, technological change and long term customer trends
- Prepare the business plan and help to translate the plans into business initiatives
- Contribute to strategic and policy decision road map at a senior level
- Support and work on shaping of the strategic direction of the business in order to deliver the maximum value to the Stakeholders
- Provide high quality research and analysis using appropriate business and modeling tools, supported by effective communication at a high level
- Provide in-depth analysis on key initiative- s, new growth avenues by competition mapping, studying the industry trend and regulatory environment
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques
- Ability to apply analytical frameworks and strategic business models and tools and to make strategic recommendations on the basis of the analysis to the top management
- To be updated with developments in Financial Services sector particularly lending business/ NBFC sector.
To analyze trends across the marketplace, the impact of competition and shifts in customer needs. To develop strategies capable of managing the threats and opportunities that such developments represent.
- To ensure that the Top Management is fully informed about the implications of such research and monitoring
- Pro Active Tracking of Monthly Sales Target vs. Forecast
- Drive monthly MIS with in depth analysis into financial, business and operating parameters
- Preparing presentation and reports for the Senior Management and the Board
- Gather, model, analyze, prepare and summarize information for company's forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Active participation in process improvements and projects as identified
- Provide timely and accurate management reporting of financial performance
- Keeping track of industry update and competition mapping
- Assist in preparing various department related presentations for internal as well as external consumption
- Assist the Finance department in overall planning and implementation of Business plan
- Ability to interpret and derive meaningful results from financial statements and large data sets
- Active involvement in preparing management report and dashboards; competitive benchmarking at periodic intervals.
- To lead ad-hoc strategic projects System Development MIS Activities :
- Liaosining with various departments and IT to develop various MIS and reports in the system
- Understanding the system and analyzing improvement areas
- Work on ad-hoc system development projects from a requirement gathering perspective
Expected Candidate Profile :
- Should be a MBA Finance from reputed Institute
- Should have a minimum of five years relevant experience in Corporate Strategy more so in Financial Services/lending business or Consulting
- Should be expert in making Presentations (PPT- s), preparing and understanding Financial Models and well versed with MS-Office
- Should be Excel expert with the ability to write Macro's - Should have excellent Communication Skills and must be fluent in English
