Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to support the integration and enhancement of our SAP ERP systems. While SAP ERP is central to our operations, we also utilize other integrated applications, including Hyperion (Business Consolidation) and PF Applications, which are integrated with SAP for various business requirements. Experience with Hyperion is a valuable addition to the core SAP FICO expertise.

Qualifications:

CA (Preferred) or ICWA

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO

- Strong domain knowledge in Finance & Costing

- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP FICO in both ECC and S4HANA

- Experience working in Pharma, Realty, or Financial Services industries

- Familiarity with Hyperion Consolidation tool

- Experience in SAP Treasury Management (preferred)

- Proven track record with at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (especially in S4HANA)

- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP FICO Module Expertise: Configuration and support for General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, COPA, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Fixed Assets, Banks, and Bank Reconciliation

- Cross-functional knowledge of integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, PP, PS, and BW to address business or system issues

- Coordinate with auditors for system audits and compliance

- Develop and maintain end-user training documentation and conduct training sessions as required

- GST Implementation Knowledge: Experience with GST module in SAP

- Provide technical expertise in system evaluation, development of cost-effective procedures, and user requirement alignment

- Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing

- Create and manage system specifications to meet business requirements

- Design, configure, and integrate SAP FICO processes

- Provide guidance on SAP Best Practices

- Work closely with business stakeholders and functional teams (IT) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery
