Job Description:
- Brand Custodian of the Brand
- Lead Marketing to Conceptualize & develop Marketing Strategy for the company and making annual marketing plan along with annual budget in alignment with the overall company objectives.
- Plan and execute BTL & ATL marketing activities at state & branch level.
- Good working knowledge of traditional and new media, low costs mediums to develop media execution plans.
- Expertise in ATL, BTL and Digital Mediums to work on comprehensive Lead generation strategies coupled with Telesales execution.
- Develop creative strategies for customer engagement through multiple channels.
- Marketing to Channel Partners/ Working on Channel Loyalty Programs
- Conceptualize, plan & execute marketing campaigns in coordination with State & HUB Business Head to achieve business objectives.
- Liaise with marketing agencies, ad agencies, local media in driving the marketing initiatives.
- Competition mapping - Constantly track marketing activities of competition @ branch & state level and implement best practices.
- Conceptualize & drive lead generation campaigns through new mediums (online aggregators/new data source/tie ups etc.)
- Create adequate visibility of client through branding in company's branch locations.
- Budgeting and Cost Control - vendor negotiations, cost optimization
- Tracking & Monitoring - Continuous tracking & monitoring of various marketing activities, measure business impact and create a Cost benefit analysis for each marketing medium on a monthly basis
- Regular travelling to company locations for driving marketing engagement activities.
