Key Responsibilities :

- Key responsibility will be to carry out analytics and multi-channel campaigns for the Salary Relationship portfolio

- This role will encompass all retail products that are being sold to Salary Account customers

- Focus on Channel activation and customer usage behavior

- Manage customer attrition and win back

- Create propensity triggers on the Salary A/cs portfolio

- Look at company level customer behavior and build strategies around the same

- Carry out customer surveys to stay informed of their changing needs and perceptions

- Enhance the overall product proposition basis insights garnered from the above activities

Person Requirements :

- MBA/ Graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience

- Strong data analytics and marketing

- Ability to handle a wide range of processes simultaneously

- Knowledge about the changing trends of online marketing

- Ability to create and test hypothesis to aid the business strategy and growth
